Design & Construct
Our Design and Construct approach ensures the most efficient and cost-effective design solution possible, with Hines Constructions becoming responsible for co-ordination of the various disciplines, thereby minimising our client’s exposure to risk.
Construct Only
Hines’ experience covers new construction on “Greenfield” sites as well as extension, refurbishment and fit-outs. Our teams are especially skilled at working within operating or trading environments, ensuring that construction works cause minimal disruption.
Early Contractor Involvement
ECI allows us to work alongside the client in the early stages of development, ensuring the client benefits from our design and construction expertise at a point when we can add most value to the project.
Design Management
Hines' dedicated team work closely with our preferred external design consultants to develop, co-ordinate and manage innovative and cost effective solutions for our clients whilst ensuring the design brief and project requirements are met.
Cost Planning
Hines Constructions provide real numbers to clients in the early stages of development, providing confidence in project feasibility and funding approvals, and provides guidance to the design team to ensure budget requirements are met.
