Construct and Refurbishment.
Hines Constructions was engaged by Aldi Stores, who are based internationally to complete this project.
The project consisted of demolition to driveways, carpart and part of the original building. Hines then completed an extension and refurbishment to the store.
Majority of the project was completed within a live business environment. With the exception of the store fit out which including a full clean that was completed within a 10 day shutdown period. The fit out included new supermarket space, new staff kitchen/facilities, cool room and store room. The works were completed within this pressing timeframe and the store was able to open for business on the 11th day.
External areas were all completed within the nominated time frame and to a high quality finish. The project was completed in a 22 week program.
