Construction and Refurbishment
A new purpose built facility for Bathurst Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Centre. The build included demolition to the internal areas of the old cricket centre, complete refurbishment to the existing building.
The building was split into two separate spaces. The right hand side was fit out for the client which incorporated a reception area, training room, gym area, consultation rooms, office space and general amenities. The project was completed within a very tight timeframe. Our project team suffered some difficulties due to discovering an unexpected post-tensioned slab. The client was not able to provide any extension of time due to their own deadline. The team worked endlessly and efficiently to get the project completed and handed over on time.
The left hand side of the building was completed to a blank canvas for a future tenant.
