Construction and Refurbishment.
Hines Construction was engaged by NSW Department of Education to complete upgrade to the Dubbo Network Specialist School, East Street, Dubbo in 2018.
The project involved demolition, extension and renovation of Block C including construction of a new built preschool facility and refurbishment of existing building which included a new lift. The areas had to be completed with certain disability compliance guidelines, as the students who attend the school have special needs.
Landscaping, playground areas, shade sails, play equipment and associated works were also completed.
Project was completed within a live school environment with very limited access points.
