Hines Constructions worked with Insight Projects to deliver a new and improved office space for the Forestry Corporation in Bathurst, NSW.
Initial works included internal demolition of the already existing building. Removal of road infrastructure and site preparation.
The new building’s features include; large office space catering for 45 workstations, 6 meeting rooms, staff kitchen and breakout space, reception area, comms room, printer room, storage space, fire room and amenities. The facade of the building was completely refreshed which included a timber deck that wraps most of the building, new building entry, outside BBQ area and landscaping.
After the contract works were completed, the Forestry Corporation engaged Hines to complete extra works including placement of new roads infrastructure and car parking space.
The building is now a modern and fresh space that can be utilised by the Forestry Corporation for many years to come.
