Hines Constructions was engaged by NSW Land and Housing Corporation for the construction of 9 general housing units in Parkes, NSW.
Initial site preparation involved demolition of exiting dwellings, removal of vegetation, fencing and earthworks.
Construction comprised of nine single storey villas, 3 x one bedroom, and 6 x two bedroom. The villas feature modern kitchens, accessible bathrooms, open living and dining room and patio areas. The development also includes 2 separate carparking areas, landscaping, and internal roads/driveways.
The villas are fresh, modern and will be a place to call home for vulnerable people within the Parkes community.
