Interchange Respite Cottages

Design and construction of offices and care facility for the physically and mentally handicapped, together with two respite cottages for Vivability.  The project was in an heritage area and required additional reporting and approvals including the engagement of an heritage archaeologist to supervise the excavation works.  The design was sympathetic with the heritage surroundings and the original cottages.
