The construction of a recreational hall for multi-use activities, music rooms and offices, and boarding house including common area with mezzanine study, kitchenette, laundries, stores and amenities, the main entry with reception and office facilities and two storey accommodation wing, apartment for the head of house, breakout areas, amenities, plant and cleaners rooms and external works.
