Hines Constructions worked with ROI Properties Pty Ltd in the redevelopment of the original Southside Shopping Centre, Mudgee.
Works included a complete refurbishment to the existing center into 10 new internal retail spaces and an upstairs office space. Part of the refurbishment included a complete fit out of the new IGA store and Ice Box Liquor.
Other works included refurbishment of the center’s façade which included new awnings, walkways, car parking and external landscaping.
