Construction included a new indoor facility including a leisure pool, 8 lane 25m Myrtha pool, splashpad with water play equipment, plant room and changerooms. Refurbishment of front of house included updated kitchen, male and female amenities, staff room, community room, multi-purpose room and a first aid area. Other works also include construction of outside 8 lane 50m Myrtha pool, grandstand with tiered seating, swim club room, storerooms, plant room, concourse and associated external works and landscaping.
Hines Constructions wrapped up the project by completing the installation of a new double waterslide.
This new and improved facility has been embraced by the community and is a great place to cool off during the hot summer months.
