Hines Constructions worked with Glenray Industries to deliver the latest additions to the Glenray Village, Bathurst.
The project included the construction of a 4 bedroom accessible home with modern kitchen, office space, multiple living areas, accessible bathrooms, tiled deck areas, carport, giant chessboard and associated external works. The second dwelling is a separate 1-bedroom unit with similar modern internal features. The houses are to be used for NDIS specialist accommodation.
Other works included demolition to existing infrastructure, new internal roads, reticulation of new stormwater system around village and new internal carparking area with the capacity for a further 19 cars.
Hines engaged local Bathurst subcontractors throughout the duration of the build. The houses were the second successfully completed project that Hines has delivered for Glenray.
