Hines Constructions was engaged by Parkes Shire council to complete the construction of the purpose-built amenities building and grandstand at Spicer Oval.
The building consisted of clubroom area, 4 separate change rooms, canteen with commercial kitchen and storeroom, bar area with servery and bar store, referee’s room, toilet facilities and a 290-seat undercover grandstand.
Hines worked with a number of local subcontractors and supplies from the area in delivering the project.
The building will be an asset for the local sporting and Parkes community members.
Please note – The carpark for the facility is currently under construction with the Parkes Shire Council.
