Design and Construct.
Hines Constructions has been involved in the development of the Westpoint Shopping Centre since it was originally built. In 2017 Hines Constructions was engaged by Inland Developments Pty Limited once again to complete a major redevelopment and expansion of the Shopping Centre. The original shopping centre was 1700sqm, once works were completed the shopping centre increased to 4700sqm.
All construction works were undertaken whilst existing tenancies operated 7 days a week. Works included a two storey and single storey purpose built buildings to accommodate a new childcare centre, bottle shop, pharmacy, Dominos and space for new retail stores. Refurbishments and expansion of the existing Westpoint Medical Centre and Westpoint IGA were included within the works. Finally the carpark was also upgraded which now accommodates 160 spaces.
The result is a fresh and new updated shopping centre for the Windradyne and Bathurst residents to utilise.
