Design and Construct.
Hines Constructions worked with the Griffith City Council and Cameron Anderson Architects, to deliver a contemporary and inclusive Community Centre that can be utilised by the Griffith Community. The building consisted of the following key elements; Country University Centre – Space for students to complete study and Public Amenity – Café, Commercial Kitchen, Care-Van garage facility, Op Shop, Ablution Facilities, Meeting rooms/Hall.
The centre was constructed on a green field site on Olympic Street, Griffith. Hines Constructions engaged local contractors throughout the duration of the project where possible. All trades worked well and delivered a standout project.
The Griffith Community Centre was the second project that Hines Constructions has delivered successfully for the Griffith City Council and Griffith Community.
